Bring your big imagination and great problem-solving skills to our Earthscape team as a Landscaping Construction Foreman/Forewoman! This is a full time/seasonal opportunity to work on some of southern Ontario’s most beautiful residential landscape projects, and the chance to develop and refine a wide variety of skills. In addition to excellent on-the-job training, site supervision and a safe and inclusive work environment, we offer:

As a Skilled Landscape Labourer you will support our crews in Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding areas with a daily commute to our home office in Wallenstein or directly to a jobsite depending on the day. You will assist our crews in the construction of hardscape areas such as pavers, flagstone, natural stone, walls, steps, drainage/utilities installation. It also includes construction of softscape areas such as grading, sod, garden beds, planting. You must be able to lift 50 lbs and be able to work at a fast pace throughout the season.

• Demonstrate an aptitude to learn, and a hunger to do so quickly under supervisor training and through personal initiative
• Will maintain standards of cleanliness and organization in assigned trucks, trailers, equipment, jobsites, and shop/yard areas
• Can work in a safe a professional manner
