PAL Airlines is currently seeking a Regional Stations Manager for our Atlantic Canada operations to join our team in St. John's, NL.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- O versee all daily operations of the Atlantic Canada PAL Airlines stations;
- Responsible for the customer experience at PAL stations;
- Manage a large team of diverse individuals throughout the region;
- Ensure that proper policies and procedures are carried out in each PAL station;
- Monitor all training for station employees in your market;
- Maintain safety standards in the workplace;
- Complete financials duties for PAL Stations in your market;
- Engage FBO's in your market to provide PAL level service in each;
- Participate in Emergency Team Operations when necessary;
- Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service;
- Flexibility to adapt to fluctuations in work times due to operational and/or unforeseen situations;
- Other duties as assigned.
- 3-5+ years of experience in a similar role is required;
- Completion of secondary schooling in a related field is considered an asset;
- Knowledge of Aviation Principles would be an asset;
- Knowledge in People Management;
- High level of professionalism and dedication to customer service excellence;
- Must possess strong decision making and organizational skills;
- An ability to relate to a diverse work force and customer base;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing and maintaining tight deadlines;
- Excellent written and verbal commination skills;
- A keen attention to detail;
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Flip Charts.
