Manager - Foundry & Youth Housing
Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows Community Services

As the Manager, Foundry and Youth Housing, you will guide a team of 15–20 employees who deliver integrated programs that empower youth through accessible health and wellness services and inclusive housing. This unique role requires you to “wear two hats,” balancing the priorities and values of Community Services as a host agency to the Foundry provincial initiative.
You’ll be at the heart of critical conversations and decisions, participating in frequent meetings with both organizations. Your leadership will be grounded in the values of equity, collaboration, and community connection—ensuring that every action and decision reflects the mission, vision and values of Community Services.
You will oversee daily operations and strategic guidance for Foundry Ridge-Meadows and our Youth Housing program, supporting youth facing complex challenges such as mental health, substance use, harm reduction, sexual health, gender identity, and belonging. Your approach will be trauma-informed, strengths-focused, culturally responsive, and rooted in a sense of urgency and belonging.
