MoxiWorks is a leader in the PropTech SaaS industry, developing tools to empower real estate professionals, and helping agents find, win, and close more deals. With the real estate industry undergoing major change, MoxiWorksseeks to redefine accessibility, usability, and utility of sales and marketing software used by real estate brokerages and their agents.


We are seeking (via Softmax Data, our Canadian partner) a Senior Product Marketing Manager who will be responsible for positioning our products in a competitive market, developing go-to-market strategies, compelling messaging and positioning; sales and marketing collateral and tools that drive awareness; user adoption, and customer retention. You will collaborate closely with Growth Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure our product story resonates with the right audience at the right time.


This hybrid role is based in our Vancouver, BC office (3 days in the office, 555 West Hastings) to collaborate alongside other marketing team members.


Responsibilities

  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy – Develop and execute GTM strategies for new product launches, features, and market expansions.
  • Messaging & Positioning – Craft clear, compelling messaging and value propositions that differentiate our product, including defining target market segments and buyer personas to guide messaging and GTM initiatives Content & Campaign Development – Create product marketing materials, blog posts, case studies, webinars, and sales enablement assets.
  • Customer & Market Insights – Conduct research to understand market trends, competitor positioning, and customer pain points.
  • Sales Enablement – Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, content, and training to effectively sell and support the product.
  • Customer Advocacy & Retention – Develop campaigns to drive user adoption, engagement, and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Customer Journey Optimization – Map and optimize the customer experience from awareness through expansion using product usage data and customer feedback to identify friction points, growth opportunities, and inform marketing strategies and product roadmap inputs.
  • Product Council Representation – Serve as marketing's voice on the product council, providing market insights to inform product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and feature development decisions


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing of mid-market B2B SaaS products, with a strong preference for product-led growth (PLG) experience. Experience in marketing SaaS tools to B2C audiences is also beneficial.
  • Experience in end-to-end product launches with mid-market-focused B2B products.
  • Real estate or PropTech industry experience preferred
  • Ability to execute cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Outstanding messaging and storytelling skills to a business buyer.
  • Experience in developing sales and marketing presentations and collateral.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Product analytics tools experience preferred (Amplitude, etc.) for user behavior analysis
  • An innate sense of curiosity combined with problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter, and results driven.


Compensation

  • The range for this role is CAD$110k - 130K depending on experience/acumen and Softmax Data benefits include:
