We are seeking a skilled and responsible Phone Repair Technician who can troubleshoot and fix a wide range of smartphone issues. You'll work with both customers and internal teams to ensure repairs are done quickly and correctly.

- Diagnose and repair issues related to screens, batteries, charging ports, software, water damage, etc.
- Maintain detailed records of all repairs and parts used.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate timelines and cost estimates.
- Ensure quality control, safety, and cleanliness at the repair station.
- Stay updated on the latest tools, repair techniques, and device models.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in phone repair (Apple and Samsung preferred).
- Must be able to handle motherboard-level diagnosis and micro-soldering is a plus.
- Knowledge of repair tools and safe handling practices.
- Punctual, honest, and able to work under pressure.
