Key Responsibilities

As the Lead, Financial Planning & Analysis, you will play a central role in guiding the financial planning function, delivering forward-looking insights, and enabling strategic decisions that shape the company’s future. Your responsibilities will include:

Financial Consolidation & Forecasting:

  • Lead the preparation and consolidation of financial statements for forecasts, budgets, and long-term planning.
  • Ensure timely and accurate integration of financial inputs across departments.

Strategic Analysis & Reporting:

  • Develop and report key financial metrics and non-GAAP measures to support senior leadership.
  • Analyze trends and identify risks or opportunities that affect financial performance.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • oManage financial planning deliverables in collaboration with departments such as tax, treasury, and capital projects.
  • Validate outputs to ensure alignment with corporate strategies and operational goals.

Process & System Optimization:

  • Lead enhancements to planning processes and reporting frameworks to meet evolving business needs.
  • Drive system improvements and lead initiatives related to Hyperion and Oracle EPM Cloud Planning.

Leadership & Strategic Contribution:

  • Support FP&A’s strategic roadmap, including technology solutions and resource planning.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to improve collaboration and business insight.


Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate the following:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Professional Accounting Designation (CPA) required.
  • Minimum 5 years of post-designation experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in Hyperion Planning, Oracle EPM Cloud, and financial system implementation is a strong asset.
  • Advanced financial modeling and data analysis skills in Excel and other business intelligence tools.

Key Competencies:

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines, lead cross-functional initiatives, and champion continuous improvement.
