Responsibilities
Amazon has an immediate opening for a Program Manager in our Amazon corporate office. The ideal candidate has experience in leading large scale projects/programs from initiation through delivery in a technology organisation/role. As a program manager for IT Services, you will lead projects focused on the delivery of a new feature, service, product, or system, all of which are aimed at making us the best IT support organisation in the world. The base salary for this position ranges from $69,700/year up to $116,400/year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. - Gathering business requirements
- Document functional and design specifications
- Identify appropriate resources needed
- Assemble the right project team
- Assign individual responsibilities
- Develop the milestones and launch schedule to ensure timely and successful delivery of the project.

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
