- Responsabilités :
- Développer, mettre en œuvre et superviser les politiques, programmes et procédures de santé et sécurité environnementale (SSE).
- Assurer l'application et le respect des normes et réglementations en matière d'SSE.
- Promouvoir la culture SSE de l'entreprise.
- Formation et sensibilisation des employés.
- Mise en œuvre du Travail Standard d'Entreprise.
- Évaluation des risques annuelle.
- Travailler avec les entrepreneurs et sous-traitants pour assurer le respect des politiques et procédures de l'entreprise.
- Gérer le comité SSE et le comité Green X (environnement durable).
- Rapporter et examiner les accidents/incidents SSE, y compris les enquêtes de cause première et la mise en œuvre des actions correctives.
- Inspections des locaux et gestion du calendrier de conformité dans Gensuite.
- Rapport des métriques SSE et mise en œuvre des actions pour réduire les risques SSE pour l'entreprise.
- Mise à jour des documents de qualité (procédures et manuel) et mise en œuvre des standards d'entreprise.
- Support lors des audits internes et externes ISO 9001.
- Formation initiale qualité/SSE des nouveaux employés.
- Révision des rapports de préoccupations initiales.
- Ouverture, suivi et gestion des actions correctives (base de données Access, ETQ).
- Un diplôme de licence en sciences de l'environnement, gestion de la sécurité, santé au travail, ingénierie industrielle ou dans un domaine connexe est souvent requis.
- Une expérience antérieure dans des rôles EHS ou dans des domaines connexes est généralement nécessaire.
- Connaissance des réglementations locales, étatiques et fédérales pertinentes.
- Expérience des audits et inspections EHS.
- Expérience dans le développement et la mise en œuvre de programmes et politiques EHS.
- Solide compréhension des réglementations environnementales et des normes de sécurité et de santé au travail.
- Capacité à identifier, évaluer et gérer les risques sur le lieu de travail.
- Maîtrise des systèmes de gestion EHS et du suivi de la conformité.
- Fortes compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et relations interpersonnelles, puisque le rôle implique la formation du personnel et la liaison avec les organismes de réglementation.
- Compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
- Maîtrise de l'utilisation des technologies, y compris des logiciels EHS et des logiciels de bureau courants comme Microsoft Office.

- Developing, implementing and overseeing environment health and safety (EHS) policies, programs and procedures
- Ensure the application and compliance with the standards and regulations regarding EHS
- Promoting the company's EHS culture
- Employee Training and Awareness
- Implementation of Corporate Standard Work
- Annual risk assessment
- Work with contractors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Management EHS Committee and Green X Committee (sustainable environment)
- Report and review EHS accidents/incidents including investigations of root cause and implement corrective actions
- Premises Inspections and mange Compliance calendar in Gensuite
- EHS Metrics Reporting and implement actions to reduce EHS risk to the business
- Update of quality documents (procedures and manual) and implementation of corporate standards
- Support during ISO 9001 internal and external audits
- Initial quality/EHS training of new employees
- Review of the initial concern reports
- Opening, monitoring and management of corrective actions (Access DB, ETQ)
- A bachelor's degree in environmental science, safety management, occupational health, industrial engineering, or a related field is often required.
- Some positions might require advanced degrees or certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH).
- Previous experience in EHS roles or related fields is usually necessary.
- Knowledge of relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
- Experience with EHS audits and inspections.
- Experience in developing and implementing EHS programs and policies.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and occupational safety and health standards.
- Ability to identify, assess, and manage workplace risks.
- Proficiency in EHS management systems and compliance tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as the role involves training staff and liaising with regulatory bodies.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in the use of technology, including EHS software and common office software like Microsoft Office
