Reporting to the CTO the Technical Project Manager is responsible for…
- Plan, manage, and execute technology projects across Technology team—ensuring clear scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with software engineers, architects, DevOps, product managers, and QA to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business goals.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives; manage project risks and drive continuous improvement in delivery practices.
- Own and evolve project plans, timelines, and resource tracking tools—ensuring transparency and alignment across stakeholders.
- Implement change management practices to ensure smooth adoption of new tools, systems, or processes.
- Report on key project metrics, such as progress, resource allocation, risks, and blockers, to technical leadership and stakeholders.
- Support rollout of new platforms, tools, and operational capabilities within the technology ecosystem.
- 4+ years of experience in technical project management or program delivery roles within software, IT, or technology organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional technical initiatives with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and project delivery frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence at all levels, including engineers, product leaders, and execs.
- Technical fluency to engage effectively with engineering teams (e.g., familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, DevOps practices, software lifecycle).
- Proven experience in tracking and visualizing metrics, KPIs, and delivery health using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar.
- Comfortable working across distributed teams and time zones.
- Salary range: starting at CAD $95,000, depending on experience
