As Machine Shop Assistant, you will have to
- Prepare raw materials according to production needs.
- Provide operational support to manufacturing processes.
- Receive, inspect, and store raw materials.
- Keep inventory up to date and ensure proper organization of raw materials.
- Perform basic and scheduled maintenance on machines.
- Carry out required dimensional inspections using appropriate measuring instruments.
- Operate all equipment safely and in compliance with current procedures.
- Report any anomaly or risk related to equipment, tools, or the work environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
- Deliver a final product that meets quality requirements and technical specifications.
- DEP in Machining Techniques (an asset).
- Experience in a similar position.
