Role Overview

Role Overview
As the Receptionist at J. Dass Corp’s Corporate Head Office, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and internal stakeholders. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth administrative support for the front desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and vendors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the front desk, answer and direct telephone calls via EPABX or digital phone system.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain cleanliness and readiness of the reception and waiting area and boardrooms.
- Receive and distribute mail, couriers, and internal documentation.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue ID badges, ensuring compliance with security procedures.
- Support the admin and HR teams with tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Assist with travel bookings, staff coordination, and hospitality arrangements for meetings or events.
- Handle general inquiries and guide visitors or callers to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain coffee rooms, lunch room supplies, stationery for boardrooms.
- Graduate in any discipline; certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk executive, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with digital phone systems photo copier.
- Excellent communication skills in English and [Hindi/Regional language, if applicable].
- Well-groomed, professional appearance with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and remain composed under pressure.
- Experience in managing reception at a group or multi-business corporate office.
- Knowledge of calendar scheduling tools or visitor management systems.
- Team-oriented and discreet with a sense of responsibility and punctuality
