As the Repair & Maintenance Supervisor, you will be working with our Maintenance and Rooms teams to ensure all hotel maintenance quality standards are achieved and maintained. You are responsible for completing and responding to repair requests in a timely manner, supporting safety requirements, maintaining physical appearance “curb appeal,” and completing preventative maintenance, while also providing leadership to the team. You will be working with chemical products, and industrial equipment.
Key Knowledge, Skills Or Abilities That Are Required
You are excited to take the next step into a leadership role and progress or start your career in the field of hospitality. You have a keen eye for detail, and a passion for knowing how things work and keeping them in good working order. You don’t shy away from hard, physical and sometimes dirty work or leading from the front-line side-by-side with your team. The pride you have in your fast pace, organizational, time management, and “clean as you go” skills will be a great benefit in this role. You are looking for some flexibility in a job, so working a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, works for your personal life.

As the Repair & Maintenance Supervisor, you will be working with our Maintenance and Rooms teams to ensure all hotel maintenance quality standards are achieved and maintained. You will be working with chemical products, and industrial equipment.
Key Knowledge, Skills Or Abilities That Are Required
- A minimum of 5 years maintenance or general construction experience.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowledge and/or experience with patching & painting, basic plumbing/fixture repair, electrical system controls, small equipment/appliance repair, basic carpentry (e.g. chair, table, door, window repair/refurbishing)
- Strong computer skills (MS Office) and ability to learn custom systems/app operation.
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
