The Role
We’re looking for a part-time CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Strategist to join our team and lead both the strategic direction and hands-on execution of CRO initiatives for our clients. You’ll identify growth opportunities, design and run A/B tests, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve performance across landing pages, funnels, and customer journeys.

We’re looking for a part-time CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Strategist to join our team and lead both the strategic direction and hands-on execution of CRO initiatives for our clients. You’ll identify growth opportunities, design and run A/B tests, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve performance across landing pages, funnels, and customer journeys.
What You’ll Do
- Audit websites and funnels to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests
- Use tools like Convert, Hotjar, GA4, and Shopify to gather insights and measure outcomes
- Create CRO roadmaps and testing plans for client accounts
- Collaborate with our designers, developers, and marketers to implement winning variations
- Deliver insights and performance reporting to internal teams and clients
- Proven experience in CRO strategy and execution (agency or eCommerce experience is a must)
- Strong knowledge of CRO tools: Convert, Hotjar, GA4, Shopify
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with a bias toward testing and iteration
- Solid understanding of UX principles, buyer psychology, and funnel performance
- Comfortable working independently and with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with eCommerce brands on Shopify
- Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, Google Optimize, or VWO
- Copywriting chops for CRO testing
- Work with a team that values smart testing, collaboration, and performance
