- Build and maintain strong client relationships, expanding the company’s customer base through networking and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including product, compliance, and risk teams, to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize sales efforts.
- Manage key accounts through strategic upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue generation.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements to enhance brand visibility and foster partnerships.
- Oversee the establishment and optimization of sales processes, CRM systems, and performance tracking to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
