Responsibilities Include
- Operates at the highest standard of quality at all times
- Dessert and pastry cookery experience
- Cut / clean / prepare vegetables for service
- Knowledge of classical French cuisine. Cooking to order of all menu items
- Knowledge of vegetable, meat, fish, appetizer, dessert cookery is a must
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage your own work day
- Closing / opening the kitchen
- Bringing a skill set that will make you successful in a fast paced environment
- Organizing weddings and functions
- Ability to clean and sanitize a workstation.
- Ability to use an automatic dishwasher
- Upholding AG standards of professionalism
- Working at our farm
- Arrives in a clean / sanitary uniform for each shift
- Flexible attitude that helps you thrive in a complex kitchen environment
Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule
- 8 hour shift
- 4-5 shifts per week
