Holcim’s Lafarge division is seeking Concrete Delivery Drivers to deliver concrete to construction sites in and around the Cambridge area. This unionized position offers consistent local work with a focus on safety, punctuality, and professional customer service. It's a great fit for AZ or DZ licensed drivers looking for steady, hands-on work in a team environment.

What You’ll Need

• Valid AZ or DZ license
• Experience in delivery driving (concrete delivery preferred)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to perform pre/post-trip inspections and minor maintenance
• Physical fitness for occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs)
• Excellent communication and map reading skills
• Commitment to safety and use of PPE
  
  

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Previous concrete or construction material delivery experience
• Familiarity with Cambridge-area job sites
• Strong customer service background
• Demonstrated ability to work independently on tight delivery schedules
