Reporting to the Applications Manager, the Power Platform Developer will be responsible for Responsible for the development and day-to-day maintenance and enhancements of the Power Platform application systems in test and production operations, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or escalation. Responsibilities also include building solutions for Monitoring and Evaluation projects using Power Platform, root cause analysis, management communication, and client relationship management in partnership with Infrastructure Service Support and Operations team members. Ensures all production changes are made in accordance with lifecycle methodology, version control, appropriate testing, and risk guidelines. Plays a critical role in delivering high-quality service and support to various levels of internal users.

- Provide hands-on technical expertise to design and implement Power Platform based solutions satisfying customer requirements.
- Help guide teams to effectively use the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agent)
- Understand business difficulties to provide solutions by applying problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Automate business processes with Power Apps and Power Automate; outputs will include data visualization and low code applications.
- Use various connectors to connect disparate systems to Power Platform applications.
- Recommend and guide development of APIs for Line of Business applications that do not have native connectors.
- Identify areas and processes where Power Platform and Microsoft 365 can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement.
- Contribute across all phases of the software development life cycle.
- Adept at crafting Power Apps and Power Platform solutions with the ability to impart your knowledge to team developers.
- 2+ years in developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- MS Dynamics 365 certification MB-500 is required.
- 5+ years of .NET Framework and C# development experiences.
- Strong knowledge of Azure, its services and integration between Azure services and Office 365 services.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 configuration, custom assembly development, integration code, and data migration scripts.
- Experience in design and development of Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps by utilizing Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases as the backend data storage model.
- Knowledge and experience with writing technical requirements, test scripts and knowledge of software programming languages and technologies.
- Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
- Experience customizing SharePoint lists and disparate systems with PowerApps.
- Experience developing PowerApps model.
- Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in the field of Information Technology or Engineering.
