- Effectively manage customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date and informed about newly launched products and services
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
- Sales experience is an asset
- Good communication skills
- Being able to compromise and work flexible shifts
- Having knowledge about the basic computer programs (MS Office, etc.)
- Being target driven and highly motivated
- Access to a vehicle is mandatory
