We require the talent of an experienced Master Scheduler to join our team. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining the master production schedule to ensure efficient and timely production of goods in multiple plants supplying customers across North America. You will work closely with various departments, including production, as well as sales and customer service, to gather inputs and make decisions, in order to balance demand and capacity, optimize inventory levels, and maximize the organization’s ability to meet customer expectations. With direct responsibility within the team creating production and shipping schedules, your role will be extremely interactive, requiring a high level of validation, and ensuring required adjustments are made in response to changing supply and demand patterns

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualificat
- ions:Education or Designation in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Operations Manage
- ment.Proven experience as a Master Scheduler or in a similar role within a multi-site manufacturing environ
- ment.Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management princi
- ples.Proficiency in capacity planning & scheduling software and MRP/ERP sys
- tems.Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to de
