What are your contributions to the team?

  • Prepare the Proposal WIP report from Maximo in excel format on a daily basis. Send to the PC team for their daily meeting. Then once a week (on Tuesdays or Thursdays) prepare the WIP report in SSM format and send to the SSM team.
  • Receive inspection/major inspection data from the business intelligence team, then update salesforce with the relevant updates. Split this task into batches based on geographic region as well as inspection size. Usually this is done in large batches when relevant changes are made to the RSM budgets.
  • Updating Salesforce records when new aircraft are purchased and delivered, and moved to new regions reflecting the new RSM
  • Generate Salesforce pipelines for RSM's when requested
  • Ensuring PowerBI and Salesforce have synonymous data
  • Update Pivotal database with new aircraft deliveries received from the aircraft sales team. They are sent in PDF format and must be entered into Pivotal format. Sometimes this involves creating new companies in the Pivotal database etc.
  • Creating a bi-weekly aftermarket sales presentation for the VP to present to other SSM's. This includes gathering parts and materials data from Maximo, from the monthly financial pack, as well as from colleagues on the market research team to provide data on aftermarket sales volumes and other important metrics.


How to thrive in this role?

  • You are enrolled in a first or second cycle program in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field.
  • You have strong organizational and analytical skills with a good attention to detail
  • You have a strong knowledge of Office 365 tools
  • You are a skilled communicator and can work under tight deadlines.
  • You are process oriented
  • You speak and write English and French fluently
