Reporting to the Head of HR, the Manager, Talent Acquisition will lead Talent Acquisition for the Canadian Beverage (corporate) and Canada Distribution, business units. You will manage a team that identifies and recruits extraordinary talent, furthering Red Bull’s mission of giving wings to people and ideas.

LEADERSHIP AND TEAM MANAGEMENT
Lead, mentor, and develop a Talent Acquisition Partner, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement in recruitment practices. Drive a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement within the recruiting team.
STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT
Act as the main TA point of contact for your assigned function(s). Work closely with both beverage and Distribution business units – providing consistent, yet tailored talent acquisition strategies to each business unit. Partner across multiple TBPs, stakeholders, and internal TA leaders for SME, TA Ops and Pipeline Programs to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational goals and talent planning. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and provide strategic guidance. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent acquisition trends, market insights, and best practices.
END TO END RECRUITING
In addition to managing a team, you will also maintain a requisition load and be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of those roles. Oversee recruiting efforts across multiple roles and departments, ensuring timely and efficient candidate sourcing and placement. Develop and implement strategies to meet aggressive hiring targets while maintaining quality of hire. Monitor and help maintain balanced requisition loads for your function(s), providing insight and support across your direct team in addition to the regional teams, shifting TAP workloads as needed.
PERFORMANCE MONITORING AND REPORTING
Daily tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs). Full understanding of all tools/resources, processes, region/organization, and business KPIs. Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to assess team performance and inform strategic decisions. Set and communicate clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the recruiting team to ensure accountability and success. Prepare and present regular reports to TBP partners and senior leadership on recruitment progress, challenges, and outcomes.
PROCESS OPTIMIZATION AND IMPROVEMENT
Identify and evaluate optimization opportunities within ways of working and process, partnering with appropriate stakeholders to design and launch solutions Partner with stakeholders on initiatives to integrate new technologies and tools that streamline recruitment and improve data-driven decision-making Drive change management initiatives related to recruitment processes and technologies, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in
RECRUITMENT MARKETING & CANDIDATE ATTRACTION
Identify functionally relevant opportunities for recruitment marketing initiatives, working with team members to design, plan, and launch. Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction of a diverse candidate pool.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant experience.
- 5 years of experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition, with 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing high-volume recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, data analysis, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the hiring process.
