Position Overview:
We are searching for an experienced Sales Support Specialist to join our Remarketing team. This role is critical within our Remarketing sales process given their responsibility to manage the bid process internally; ensuring process is followed and executed efficiently and within designated timelines, through strong team collaboration. You have opportunity to support the growth of our business through new customer acquisition and expanding our footprint with existing customers, your success will play an integral role in building our long-term customer experiences while achieving sales revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate pricing data to support forecasting and pricing projections for customer and leasing contracts.
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales and Finance departments to optimize profit margins and minimize service costs
- Lead the full bid process including preparation, analysis and award decisions
- Analyse market trends and project risk to support strategic pricing or large contracts
- Coordinate with Operations to identify and manage bid opportunities and inventory quarantine
- Negotiate pricing and generate purchase orders as required
- Oversee leased product returns, update trackers, reconcile and resolve discrepancies in partnership with Operations and Finance
- Manage bid inventory to minimize aging and service costs
- Create and maintain an efficient bid tracker to ensure to ensure timely completion; includes product inhouse and inbound destined for bid
- Finalize product pricing and close bid-related purchase orders in collaboration with Sales and Operations
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- Industry experience and knowledge of current products and programs with major computer technology manufacturers and distributors required.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in purchasing, inventory management or vendor management
- Post-secondary education an asset
- Strong analytical, detail oriented, administrative and organizational skills required
- Proficient in MS Office (specifically Outlook & Excel), MS Teams
- A proven ability to interact collaboratively in a team environment while being able to execute tasks independently
- Exceptional degree of diplomacy and professionalism despite pressures of high work volumes and tight timelines
- Experience managing bids or tenders would be an asset
