This competition is to fill Permanent position, working 75 hours biweekly.

The Apprenticeship and Trades Qualifications Unit is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic individual that demonstrates leadership skills working towards collaborative development and the operations of Apprenticeship and Tradesperson’s qualifications and other related training.
You will be required to work with employers, employees, and training agencies in various occupations. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are required to effectively work collaboratively with the business sector, training agencies and apprentices.

Essential Qualifications
- Considerable experience working in one of the trades designated in Yukon
- Experience mentoring, advising, or guiding people through goals and development
- Experience in interpreting and applying policies, acts, regulations, agreements and procedures
- A Journeyperson Qualification would be considered a significant asset
- Experience presenting and facilitating workshops would be considered an asset

Conditions of Employment:
