About the Role:

We’re looking for a talented Salesforce Developer who brings strong technical skills and a collaborative mindset. The perfect candidate is someone who loves building in Salesforce, understands how to connect it with other systems (like ERP and finance tools), and enjoys working closely with others to turn business needs into smart solutions. In this role, you’ll partner directly with our Business Systems Analyst and Salesforce Administrator to review requirements, recommend scalable solutions, and design implementation flows that align with business goals.

Compensation

The typical compensation range for this position is $90,000-110,000/ year.

Responsibilities

Development:

  • Develop, build and customise features to meet business needs—this includes creating custom objects, workflows, automations, and user interfaces
  • Follow the architecture roadmap and deliver in phases, ensuring each release is aligned with business goals while providing immediate value to users
  • Ensure the successful rollout of new Salesforce features through thorough testing and deployment
  • Collaborate with the Business Systems Analyst and Salesforce Administrator to review requirements, recommend solutions, and design implementation flows
  • Stay current on Salesforce platform updates and recommend improvements or new features where appropriate

Integration

  • Set up, maintain, and optimise integrations between Salesforce and other key systems (like ERP and finance tools)
  • Leverage APIs and middleware (such as Boomi) to ensure seamless data flow and system connectivity
  • Monitor data synchronisation and troubleshoot issues quickly to minimise disruption
  • Support data migration and cleansing efforts as needed

Architecture

  • Support Salesforce planning based on company goals
  • Help design what to build and when, based on current platform capabilities
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure Salesforce solutions

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience with Salesforce development and integrations
  • Good understanding of APIs and data flow between systems
  • Experience with integration tools (like Boomi)
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Integration Architecture Designer, Application Architect) are preferred.
