Diagnostic Services at the Atlantic Veterinary College requires a Proficiency Program Coordinator for the International Veterinary Proficiency Testing Centre

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the planning, production and manufacturing of all physical and virtual modules of a veterinary proficiency program
• Responsible for all quality assurance testing on final program products
• Responsible for the packaging, shipping, and timing of delivery of all proficiency kits
• Responsible for client management and customer service
• Responsible for maintaining the program web-based reporting system
• Responsible for producing reports
• Assists the Director with Marketing the Program
• Assists the Director with research and development of new modules, specifically molecular and virology modules

• Related Diploma with experience in proficiency and a veterinary diagnostic laboratory are required
• ISO 17025 formal training is required
• ISO 17043 formal training is required
• Strong Interpersonal Skills are required
