- Support the recruiting and onboarding activities of new hires, through resume review, pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing onboarding packages and employee files
- Maintain and monitor the applicant tracking programs including indeed and job bank account
- Uploaded and maintain employee files within the HRIS
- Support company-organized events, participating in the recruitment efforts, for example career fairs.
- Support employee experience enhancement initiatives
- Support the HR team with company-wide initiatives
- Update and maintain internal data spreadsheets and databases
- Work schedule is flexible; however, applicants will be asked to work as late as 7:00 p.m. est to assist with key recruitment initiatives and in recognition of the different time zones that we support.
- A hybrid schedule will also be considered.
- Currently enrolled in or a graduate of business administration or Human Resources is preferred
- Ability to deal effectively with confidential and sensitive matters
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, excellent computer skills - proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong orientation towards teamwork and team goals
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours occasionally.
