Position must have full access to Siemens Healthineers' client sites to perform the essential functions of this position. Many clients require Siemens Healthineers employees and representatives to meet certain Vendor Credentialing requirements before they will be allowed to have access to their sites. Unless prohibited by law, position must meet all Vendor Credentialing requirements necessary to have full client access and must continue to meet those requirements during the course of employment in this position. Joignez-vous à notre équipe internationale en tant que représentant du service sur le terrain pour assurer l’entretien des équipements d’imagerie dans la région du grand Montréal.
En tant que représentant du service sur le terrain, vous devrez assumer les responsabilités suivantes :
- Réparer, entretenir et mettre en service l’équipement médical d’imagerie diagnostique.
- Assurer un suivi et un passage à l’acte rapides, et ce, jusqu’à la résolution du problème du client.
- Faire preuve d’un grand esprit critique afin de résoudre des problèmes complexes.
- Contrôler et remplir la documentation électronique.
- Diriger l’entretien des outils, de l’équipement d’essai et du matériel d’étalonnage.
- Planifier et établir l’horaire en ce qui a trait aux tâches d’entretien et de réparation.
- Interagir avec les clients pour offrir un service et un soutien de qualité.
- Capacité d’effectuer de multiples tâches en même temps et de travailler dans un environnement en évolution rapide
- Grand souci de l’exactitude et du détail
- Appropriation et responsabilisation éprouvées
- Habiletés exceptionnelles en communication
- Excellentes aptitudes en planification et en gestion du temps
- Diplôme de technologue en électronique biomédicale ou en électronique, ou diplôme équivalent
- Bilinguisme anglais/français : La personne retenue pour ce poste doit être bilingue. La maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (à l’oral et à l’écrit) est exigée pour exercer les fonctions et les responsabilités liées au poste pour la ou les raisons suivantes :
- Le poste exige d’interagir avec des clients et des fournisseurs anglophones au Canada et/ou à l’étranger.
- Le poste exige d’interagir régulièrement avec des collègues de Siemens établis à l’extérieur du Québec, ailleurs au pays et à l’étranger.
- Le poste exige l’utilisation de technologies ou de logiciels qui ne sont offerts qu’en anglais.
- Autorisation de voyager au pays et à l’étranger à des fins de formation
- Passeport, permis de conduire valides
- Permis de conduire valide
- Excellentes habiletés en informatique
- Expérience du service à la clientèle
- De l’expérience du service sur le terrain dans le domaine de l’imagerie diagnostique serait un atout
