Role Designation – Technology Lead
Qualifications
Strong product knowledge of virtual assistants, chatbots, Conversational Generative AI, Agent Assist, bonus if have Voice bot experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Takes initiative and has an analytical mindset, makes data driven decisions, always focused on driving value and elevating the customer experience in the product features being delivered
Cross functional Knowledge on matters that require coordination across organization and collaborates well with other groups, voluntarily shares information
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario: $ 89004 to $ 115491

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution (or equivalent foreign degree).
- Strong product knowledge of virtual assistants, chatbots, Conversational Generative AI, Agent Assist, bonus if have Voice bot experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Takes initiative and has an analytical mindset, makes data driven decisions, always focused on driving value and elevating the customer experience in the product features being delivered.
- Good understanding of Agile and Kanban methodologies.
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, ON (Canada) or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

- Analyze an organization's processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
- Assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
- Research, gather, and synthesize information to support the analysis and design of processes and systems.
- Capability to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and propose innovative solutions to address business challenges.
