ELITS is now looking a highly motivated individual for a RF Filter Design Engineer role, responsible for designing and delivering cavity filter products for use in radio base stations. This position involves collaboration within a multi-functional team, focusing on the design and testing of radio frequency (RF) components for filter designs. Our organization emphasizes Lean and Agile methodologies, operating in cross-functional development teams where continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing are integral to daily work.

ELITS is now looking a highly motivated individual for a RF Filter Design Engineer role, responsible for designing and delivering cavity filter products for use in radio base stations. This position involves collaboration within a multi-functional team, focusing on the design and testing of radio frequency (RF) components for filter designs. Responsibilities:
- Design and test high-quality radio frequency (RF) components for radio base station filters.
- Collaborate with mechanical designers to realize filter designs.
- Interface with project management, vendors, and production supply teams.
- Perform continuous analysis and requirements handling.
- Conduct troubleshooting and provide customer support.
- Drive continuous improvement of products and processes.
- Develop and maintain competence in the technical domain.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE), or equivalent.
- More than two years of experience since graduation.
- Experience in filter product development and product lifecycle management is an asset.
- Strong business understanding.
- Ability to work effectively with people and build networks.
- Innovative, adaptable, and responsive to change.
- Proven track record of delivering results and meeting customer expectations.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with radio frequency (RF) laboratory testing tools and equipment, including spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and power meters.
- Experience with RF simulation tools such as High Frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS).
- Familiarity with mechanical design tools such as Creo Parametric (CREO).
- Communicative and a positive attitude towards customers and colleagues
- Analytical skills, logical reasoning, and excellent problem-solving skills
