About The Role
We’re looking for a Product Designer with a passion for Design Systems and UX patterns to help us solve customer problems at scale. This is an opportunity to build systems, not just screens, and to define patterns that will shape the experience across multiple user types, business models, and workflows.
This role goes beyond visual consistency. It’s about designing for scalability, efficiency, and product evolution. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to build a system that empowers teams to move faster, while staying deeply connected to customer outcomes.

About The Role

What You’ll Do
- Evolve our design system — patterns, components, documentation, and tooling to support a growing set of products and verticals
- Partner with product teams to identify reusable patterns that solve real-world use cases at scale
- Collaborate with Product Managers to conduct user research
- Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure seamless implementation and high-quality UI
- Advocate for performance and design best practices
- Help foster a culture of design excellence and systems thinking across the company
- You have 2+ years of product design experience, where you used a design system
- You love scaling design beyond the single screen - thinking in components and user experience patterns
- You’re comfortable navigating complexity, ambiguity, and legacy constraints
- You believe design systems aren’t just for consistency - they’re tools for enabling innovation
- You’re collaborative, opinionated but open-minded, and love working cross-functionally
- (Bonus) Experience contributing to a design system with B2B, logistics, SaaS platforms, or internal tools is a plus
