What You’ll Do:
Sales & Marketing Support:
Help drive membership and personal training sales through lead follow-up, tours, and outreach
Support club marketing initiatives and community engagement
Maintain strong conversion metrics, with a focus on exceptional customer service
Operational Excellence:
Assist with the daily operations of the club to ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety
Help monitor club performance using key metrics and reporting tools
Support equipment maintenance and address facility needs as they arise
Team Support & Member Experience:
Help train and motivate team members to create a welcoming, results-driven environment
Participate in team meetings and promote clear communication of goals and expectations
Respond to member feedback with professionalism and care
Foster a strong club culture through positivity, accountability, and teamwork
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate is a confident, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused setting. You should have:
1+ years of experience in a leadership, customer service, or sales role (fitness industry preferred)
A proven ability to drive sales and meet targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a commitment to high standards
Proficiency with software, including spreadsheets, word processors, CRM systems, and AI tools
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
A passion for fitness and a desire to help others live healthier lives
