Finch Auto has an exciting opportunity as a Customer Service Specialist available at Finch Collision Centre.
The Customer Service Specialist must be a highly energized, organized, and a very strong communicator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all contact between guests, our repair plan team, insurance partners and rental companies. You are the pulse of the repair process ensuring the experience and our partners are extremely satisfied.
Daily tasks include:
Greeting customers upon arrival
Creating customer files in Management Software
Calling customers with updates
Communicating repair standards with insurance partners
Arranging and calling rental car companies for files
Working with the repair plan team to schedule and communicate repair statuses
Answering customer, insurance partner, and all file-related calls
Communication is an asset and essential for the success of this position with Finch Collision Centre. Collision Centre experience is an asset, but is not essential. This position offers competitive wages, benefits, and opportunity for growth.
