As a Parts Person Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Sell products and provide excellent service for customers
• Assist in keeping the Parts department clean and orderly
• Record all sales and/or customer transactions
• Provide Service Technicians with parts as required
• Provide accurate pricing and availability of parts for all requested quotes
• Control inventory; placing parts orders to ensure maximum sales and customer satisfaction
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks
• Follow prescribed cash, credit, and check processing procedures
• Process cores, warranties, and new return merchandise as required at a point of sale
• Verify receiving documents and support with Shipper/Receiver duties
• Follow up on shortages and expedite to Management
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:

• Minimum 2 years of related parts experience
• Good verbal communication skills
• Strong listening skills
• Ability to interpret customer needs
• Basic computer skills, including working knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook
• Strong organizational skills
  
  

Compensation: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
