Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs.
• Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
• Facilitate the sales process by coordinating with the service department.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dealership inventory and promotions.
• Utilize effective phone etiquette to handle inquiries and follow up with potential leads.
• Manage order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
• Cash control and till reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive parts, preferably within a dealership or retail environment.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
• Familiarity with DMS system (CDK) is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
