Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a  Head of Sales - Crypto - this is a fully remote role and candidates need to be based in N America.
 

We are a real-time security platform protecting leading crypto organizations from phishing attacks and impersonation. Our AI engine automates the detection and blocking of threats across a growing network of integrations.


 


We've grown 10x over the past year to $2M in ARR, serving top-tier customers like Consensys, Phantom, Opensea, Arbitrum, and Polymarket. Now, we’re looking for a Head of Sales to lead our entire go-to-market function — Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success — and scale us to $100M ARR and beyond.

What You’ll Own


  • Take ownership and drive our GTM strategy across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.




  • Build and manage a high-performing GTM team from the ground up.




  • Define and operationalize sales playbooks and CRM workflows.




  • Align marketing campaigns with sales objectives to drive qualified inbound leads.




  • Strengthen customer relationships — from onboarding to expansion — to drive net revenue retention.




  • Partner with the CEO and product team to align GTM efforts with roadmap and customer feedback.




  • Own and forecast key metrics across sales, marketing, and customer success.




 


What You Bring


  • 2+ years leading GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success), ideally in early-stage, high-growth B2B SaaS.




  • Significant contribution to Sales at a quickly growing startup.




  • Track record of driving significant revenue growth across the full customer lifecycle: lead gen, new sales, onboarding, expansion, and retention.




  • Proven ability to build and scale repeatable, data-driven sales and marketing systems.




  • Strong customer success instincts, with a demonstrated ability to retain and grow accounts through deep relationships.




  • Combines a strategic mindset with hands-on execution, taking ownership from planning to direct implementation.




  • Confident, clear communicator and leader who brings structure and energy to a fast-paced environment.




  • Bonus: experience in cybersecurity, crypto, or selling to technical audiences.
