  • Primary Customer Contact: Represent the company as the main point of contact for customers during implementation projects, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, adapting as needed to meet evolving requirements
  • Timeline and Milestone Management: Plan and manage all project timelines, milestones, and define the scope and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes. Identify risks and prepare mitigation plans
  • Task and Resource Management: Oversee project tasks, resources, scheduling, and documentation to maintain project momentum and organization
  • Customer Support and Expectation Management: Provide clear direction, support, and manage customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor and report on project progress to both customers and internal teams, ensuring transparency and alignment
  • Adherence to Procedures: Utilize established project management procedures and documentation to guide the customer implementation process effectively
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with other project managers to refine methodologies and processes, enhancing the overall customer experience
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively identify, analyze and manage internal and external stakeholder expectations

What We're Looking For:
  • 5-7 years of experience managing customer-driven projects involving both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to effectively manage and exceed customer expectations
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting tight deadlines and balancing competing customer priorities
  • Excellent ability to communicate directly and effectively with technical and operational teams at all levels

This position can
be located in St. John’s or Toronto, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (at least 2 days a week in office, subject to change), providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
