The Opportunity:

As a Product Manager your primary focus is to ensure that the core business applications support the company’s overall strategy and goals. You will work closely with the business and the development teams to ensure that the application solutions meet the business and organizational needs. You will drive product strategy and partner closely with the business to define and deliver on development priorities and timelines for the Sentrex suite of technologies. Your job duties will include evaluating business needs, documenting systems requirements, and translating data between business users and technical developers.

Additionally, you will be a key leader in managing the product throughout its lifecycle (conception through end-of-life) inclusive of product design, launch plans and technology strategy.

Sentrex aims to build applications that drive efficiency and help coordinate our capabilities and services to help patients and physicians get access to care for specialty medications. As a Product Manager, you will be a key leader in driving the strategy and delivery of the technologies that connect our ecosystem and differentiate Sentrex from the competition.

A Day in the Life (What you will do here):

  • Develops the business case for new products and improvements to existing products.
  • Manages and prioritizes application requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering, operations, business development, and UX teams on the design of cutting- edge technologies.
  • Works closely with development and support to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met.
  • Develop detailed implementation and launch plans to ensure seamless delivery of new features and applications.
  • Develop user stories and product workflows.
  • Assist in creating product and release documentation.
  • Additional duties as assigned by the manager.

What you need to ensure you are set up for success:

  • Minimum of 5 years prior experience working with business data computer systems.
  • In-depth working knowledge of MS Office Tools such as Excel, Visio, MS Project, PowerPoint
  • Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction.
  • Experience in one or more of the following: cloud infrastructure, containers, developer tools, developer operations, serverless, software as a service, marketplace, and/or billing.
  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UX/UI, sales, customer support, finance, or marketing.
  • Knowledge and experience in writing SQL queries a bonus
  • Experience working with requirements gathering software such as MindManager, Jama Connect, Visure, etc.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent aptitude for organizing and prioritizing.
  • Analytical skills, along with logical and critical thinking.
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
