What You Will Do

  • Own, deliver, coordinate and execute all software project implementations across our product lines
  • Accountable on the time, quality, budget and delivery of these projects
  • Coordinate and facilitate project implementations
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders for project delivery
  • Leverage tools, resources, SOP’s, and project plans to complete work, as well as removing roadblocks
  • Reports on project status to all key stakeholders
  • Monitor daily project tasks and communication, including plan meetings and navigate project logistics
  • Assist in document writing for Standard Operating Procedures and training as related to projects
  • Collaborate internally for Out of Scope/Scope creep and issue resolutions for customers
  • Promote Project Management Best Practices in Catalis Implementations
  • Assist in developing and improving project management performance metric

Requirements

What you Will Need to Succeed

  • Basic knowledge of project management (PMP certification considered an asset)
  • Previous exposure to Content Management Systems or similar Software Implementation experience considered an Asset but not required
  • Ability to manage number of ongoing projects to completion
  • A College or University degree/diploma
  • Familiarity with project management software (SmartSheet, MS Project, Monday.com, etc.)
  • Ability and aptitude to learn, from a high level, technical components of our municipal software
  • Strong communication skills, problem solving skills, and ability to coordinate numerous projects is an asset
  • Comfortable customer facing and experience or ability to navigate customer needs
  • Ability and experience balancing multiple priorities and projects at one time
  • Strong ability to work well independently and as a team
  • Rural municipal knowledge an asset, or willingness to learn about rural municipalities
