We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This critical role will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects essential to the growth and operational excellence of our franchise system. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless onboarding of new franchise territories, coordinating key events, managing legal documentation revisions, and optimizing our performance management systems.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This critical role will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects essential to the growth and operational excellence of our franchise system. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless onboarding of new franchise territories, coordinating key events, managing legal documentation revisions, and optimizing our performance management systems.
Key Responsibilities
Franchise Onboarding Management (Primary Focus):
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine a comprehensive onboarding process for new franchise territories, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition from signing to opening.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., training, marketing, operations, IT) to deliver all necessary resources and support to new franchisees.
- Establish clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables for each onboarding project, proactively identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new franchisees during the onboarding phase, providing guidance and support.
- Track and report on the progress of all onboarding projects, ensuring adherence to established metrics and KPIs.
- Plan, organize, and execute various company and franchise-related events (e.g., annual conferences, training workshops, regional meetings).
- Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiation, budgeting, registration, and on-site coordination.
- Ensure events align with company objectives and provide value to attendees.
- Collaborate with legal counsel to manage and track updates to franchise agreements, disclosure documents (FDDs), and other legal contracts.
- Develop and maintain a systematic approach for version control, distribution, and archival of all legal documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant franchise laws and regulations.
- Communicate legal updates and their implications to relevant internal stakeholders and franchisees.
- Lead initiatives to evaluate, improve, and implement robust performance management systems for both corporate and franchise operations.
- Work with stakeholders to define performance metrics, develop reporting tools, and ensure the system supports data-driven decision-making.
- Facilitate the integration of performance data into overall franchise support strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in a Project Manager role, ideally within a franchise system, multi-unit organization, or a similar environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from conception to completion.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Microsoft Project).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong ability to anticipate challenges and develop solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with legal documentation management or understanding of franchise law is a significant asset.
- Experience with performance management systems and metrics is a plus.
