Bengali Caregiver/PSW

Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. Duties

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health or behavior.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
• Help with mobility and transportation needs, including heavy lifting when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the client's living space to ensure a safe environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans effectively.
• Document client progress and report any concerns to family members or healthcare providers.

Skills

• Experience in home care or senior care settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of medication administration protocols and hospice care practices.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by client needs.
• Previous experience in nursing homes or assisted living facilities is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records of patient care.
