Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for numbers? Stella-Jones is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team in New Westminster, BC! In this role, you'll handle invoicing, inventory transactions, supplier payments, and maintain accurate accounting records.

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for numbers? Stella-Jones is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team in New Westminster, BC! In this role, you'll handle invoicing, inventory transactions, supplier payments, and maintain accurate accounting records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer invoicing in the ERP system.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable aging reports and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Verify freight costs and ensure accurate billing.
- Review delivery documents to confirm Proof of Delivery before invoicing.
- Coordinate customer-owned inventory reconciliation with Sales and Operations.
- Assist with month-end duties, including report generation and account reconciliations.
- Maintain organized records for audits.
- Cross-train with Accounting and Administrative staff and provide backup as needed.
- 2+ years of related experience in accounting or financial administration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sharp attention to detail and ability to monitor financial data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
