Our team is seeking a highly motivated individual for a Filter Designer role, to design and deliver Cavity Filter products for use in Radio Base Stations. Your role will include working with a multi-functional team, designing and testing RF products. We organize in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.

What You'll Do

  • You will design and test high quality cavity filters for Radio Base Station
  • Collaborate with product System and Mechanical Designers to realize Filter designs
  • Interface with Project Management, Vendors, and Production Supply
  • Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling
  • Perform trouble shooting and customer support
  • Drive continuous improvements of products and processes
  • Keep track of industry cutting-edge technology and continuously improve competence level

What You'll Need To Get The Job Done

  • Education: BSEE/MSEE or equivalent
  • Min 5 years of high volume RF product design experience
  • High power Cavity Filter Product development and Product Lifecycle Management knowledge
  • Experience of development and analysis of simulations using simulation environments like HFSS, ADS, AWR and CST
  • Python and MATLAB based scripting experience
  • Filter technology trends and supplier knowledge
  • Business understanding
  • Working with people and networking
  • Innovating, adapting and responding to change
  • Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
  • Planning and Organizing

What Will Make Us REALLY Love You

  • Hands on experience of RF Lab testing tools and equipment including Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, power meters etc.
  • Mechanical design tools such as CREO
