Job Description
Title: Service Advisor
Reports to: Service Manager
Summary
The Service Advisor is responsible for creating great first impressions and guides the customers through the repair process.
As a Service Advisor you build strong relationships with customers and the Big M Ford Lincoln Ltd by being a liaison for both the customer and dealership.
Service Advisors are team players foster excellent relationships with personnel in all areas of the dealership.
The Details
Develop Strong Relationships with Customer and continue to develop the Relationship:
Greet customers with a smile whether on the phone or in the Dealership promptly.
Actively listen to both customers concerns and technician recommendations then translate into text.
Pay attention to details in order to stay on track for customer timelines.
Stay up to date on all required training.
Assist customers in scheduling appointments whether over the phone, in person or online and ensure to ask the correct questions to get required information.

Able to complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Works well in a team setting and on their own.
Ability to take initiative
Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Basic computer skills.
Able to maintain personal and workplace cleanliness
Ability to make accurate critical decisions
Education & Experience
- PBS knowledge an asset but not mandatory.
- Valid drives license.
- Customer service experiences an asset but not mandatory.
