Floater / Level 2 DA - iSmile Dental Centre - Brampton, ON

The team at iSmile dental centre located in Brampton, ON are looking for a passionate, hard-working Floater /level 2 dental assistant on a full-time basis.

The ideal Floater for our team will be an essential part of the team by ensuring all dental instruments and equipment are disinfected and sterilized appropriately. The person we are looking for is excited to empower dental providers to deliver the finest and safest care to patients by taking ownership of the integrity of sanitation and infection control procedures and policies. We are looking for a level 2 dental assistant to assist the Doctor with various procedures, provide support to patients and the team. The ideal candidate would be willing to cover the other assistants who are on vacation or sick. They would also assist in various areas of the office as needed, including scheduling, patient flow and administrative tasks.

SCHEDULE:

• 32 hours / week
• Monday through Saturday
  
  

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Completion of a certificate in Medical Device Reprocessing or similar program involving the sterilization of medical equipment and Dental Assistant Level 2 program
• Experience is not required - we're open to entry level applicants!
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
