As a Client Administrator you will have the opportunity to provide excellent service to clients by researching and resolving trade requests.

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

  • Maintain a high level of service to our clients by ensuring that we process the client’s needs accurately and efficiently
  • Investigate and track system issues and develop workarounds/solutions
  • Work with the team to provide proactive solutions to problems and potential issues
  • Improve service levels by continually reviewing processes/procedures and identifying opportunities for enhancement
  • Sort, scan, index incoming mail
  • Work with Assistant Manager to ensure all team members are fully cross trained
  • Work with Assistant Manager to define and enhance procedures
  • Participate in special projects/assignments; perform other duties as required
  • Be responsible for the quality control of team tasks

Skills

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if you have:

  • Post secondary education
  • Experience in customer service or Backoffice environment is an asset
  • Knowledge of industry databases (i.e. iFast, AWD) is an asset
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective verbal & written communication skills
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritize & organize incoming work
  • Excellent time management skills
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • The ability to meet and maintain specified minimum productivity and quality standards
