Description
The Consultant, Marketing plays a key role on the various departments within the marketing team. The Consultant is responsible for and directly measured on success in the metrics within the given portfolio (example net new revenue, net new opportunity, opportunity from marketing campaigns, opportunity from events, food donations from activations, opportunity from brand campaigns, etc.).
Responsibilities
Achieve corporate revenue growth goals by developing marketing plans and campaigns that drive results
Develop a tactical plan for campaigns designed to meet the overall marketing team objectives within a specific portfolio
Provide insight into competitive trends and areas of opportunity from a marketing perspective
Identify opportunities for new campaigns and collaborates with business units across marketing to ensure alignment and awareness of Marketing activities
Manage cross-team and small cross-functional projects to ensure the team is successful, proactively suggesting process improvements across the team, e.g., manage teams of 6 or more for specific projects, ask for feedback on roadmaps, strategic plans and campaigns
Plan the projects and secure resources as necessary to deliver on outcomes
Plan delivery dates and work back schedules to achieve project goals
Manage vendors/ partners/ agencies to execute on marketing activity
Manage budget & reporting (manage the measurement, evaluation/analysis and reporting of related marketing, communications, PR program performance and its impact on business results and brand health)
Present marketing program effectiveness analysis and learnings to Marketing leadership
Manage regular reporting and analysis in line with business and strategy needs
Education
Completion of a university degree in a related field.

5 years' experience in creating impactful, measurable marketing programs
