Job Description

As a Regional Vice President, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth and operational excellence across your designated region. Leveraging your extensive experience in leading high-performing sales teams and closing complex deals, you will oversee regional sales strategies, mentor sales executives, and ensure alignment with the company's overarching objectives.

This role is hybrid (3 days) in our Toronto or Richmond office.

Minimum requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales management (preferably in enterprise applications/ERP to the office of finance)
  • Demonstrated track record of job stability and achievement.
  • Ability to effectively hire and train new sales representatives
  • Ability to speak about basic finance and accounting concepts and processes; experience and success selling to finance and the CFO





What will you be doing?

  • You will oversee the identification and qualification of sales opportunities, ensuring the successful conversion of leads into subscription-based customer solutions.
  • You will supervise the handling of inbound leads, ensuring timely and effective follow-up to maximize conversion rates.
  • You will guide the team in articulating our value proposition through various channels, including customer meetings, telephone, internet, and webinars.
  • You will coach negotiations on pricing and contractual terms to close sales, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability targets.
  • You will manage and forecast all sales opportunities based on the Sage Intacct sales model and opportunity management definitions.
  • You will develop and implement regional sales strategies that align with corporate goals, focusing on market expansion and revenue growth.
  • You will coach, mentor, and develop regional sales managers and their teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • You will clear performance metrics, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • You will work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure cohesive strategies and customer satisfaction.
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring long-term partnerships.
