We’re looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven Payroll Administrator to join our team! In this role, you’ll ensure the accurate and timely processing of multiple payrolls using Dayforce (HRIS), while providing top-notch support to employees across the organization. You’ll also maintain accurate records and assist with reporting, all while contributing to a workplace that values sustainability—balancing people, planet, and profit. You’re good at:

  • Accurately processing payrolls and managing time and attendance records
  • Communicating effectively with employees and resolving payroll-related inquiries
  • Staying organized, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high attention to detail
  • Adapting to changing priorities while maintaining a positive, professional attitude

What you have:

  • PCP designation from the National Payroll Institute (or in progress)
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on payroll experience, ideally in a multi-company environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and experience with web ROEs
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and familiarity with Dayforce (HRIS) is a strong asset
  • A customer-service mindset and strong interpersonal skills
