About Our Office Tech
Our Office Tech team is responsible for managing and maintaining all technology used within Klick's environment. This includes a wide range of tasks, from setting up workstations for new employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, to managing network infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of all technological systems. The Office Tech team is a go-to for any technical issues or needs that arise in the office setting. They're equipped to handle everything from computer setups, network connectivity issues, to troubleshooting software and hardware problems.

Our Office Tech is looking for an entry level Help Desk Specialist. This role involves being on the front line of technical support, addressing a wide range of internal technical issues for Klick staff. If you're passionate about technology and dedicated to assisting people, this role is a perfect fit for you. As part of the team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations through resolving technical challenges.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Mac OSX and Windows 10/11 operating systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
- Basic understanding of LAN/WAN networking for workstations
- Familiarity with G Suite tools (Drive, Hangouts, Mail, and Calendaring)
- Knowledge of video conferencing administration, particularly Zoom
- Ability to configure and support printers
- Skills in patching and updating workstations on both Mac and Windows platforms
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to quickly identify and resolve issues
- A customer service mindset with a genuine passion for helping people
- Collaborative team player who thrives in cooperative problem-solving environments
- Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and resolve issues promptly
- Adaptability to flexible shifts and changing work schedules
- Act as the first point of contact for technical support via email, phone, and in-person requests
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktop computing, application support, and connectivity for both Macintosh and Windows systems (60/40 ratio)
- Perform workstation installations, relocations, and upgrades as part of moves, adds, and changes (MAC)
- Administer Microsoft Office applications and G Suite tools to ensure seamless productivity
- Maintain and update workstations on Mac and Windows platforms
- Manage video conferencing tools, with a preference for Zoom administration
- Configure and support office printers
- Participate in office renovations and new build projects
- Collaborate with the local team of "Fixanators" to deliver exceptional technical and customer service
- Keep staff informed about delays, problem resolution progress, and outstanding issues
- Demonstrate urgency and prioritize support tickets effectively to maintain smooth operations
