Your job
- Develop, automate and put into production data processing processes using technologies such as SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, and Bitbucket
- Ensure the correct flow of data in the 360 view
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to manage, optimize and architect the marketing data ecosystem, ensuring integration and consistency of data flows
- Act as a data specialist, develop in-depth knowledge of the performance data of Operations, in constant interrelationship with the Client Domain business line as stakeholders
- Participate in the design and implementation of robust, scalable data solutions while adhering to best practices for data governance and architecture
- Create and maintain data pipelines to ensure a continuous flow of actionable information for decision teams
- Analyze Customer data to identify opportunities, optimize processes and support the strategic objectives of the organization
- Collaborate in the design and preparation of advanced dashboards, analyses, and reports to facilitate proactive decision making.
- Present insights at the end of data in a clear and concise manner
- Analyze customer profile data to identify opportunities and optimize processes
- Master the operational operation of our applications, and recommend some improvements (continuous improvement)
- As an application expert, be called upon to collaborate during technical interventions, contribute significantly to the resolution of problems/incidents, in addition to contributing to projects affecting the assets of the Client-Marketing Domain group
- Identify gaps and opportunities, recommend improvements and support and influence your colleagues
- Participate in agility meetings.

Prerequisites
- Bachelor's degree or other diploma in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or any other relevant discipline
- Be able to build SQL queries from SQL Developer
- Knowledge of UNIX/Linux platforms and troubleshooting commands
- Knowledge of advanced monitoring tools: SPLUNK, DataDog
- Knowledge of ITSM ticketing tools and Atlassian platform: ServiceNow and JIRA/Confluence
- Analysis of and collaboration on Horizon, Vue 360 system/platform incidents
- Keep operating documentation up to date: knowledge base, etc.
- Provide support for systems on an ongoing basis (2nd level production support)
- Experience with AWS environments
- Rigor, curiosity and continuous improvement.
